From <strong>10:00 a.m.<\/strong> the animal show opens, where you can admire the typical Mallorcan four-legged friends - including pigs, donkeys and horses. At the same time, there is an exhibition of antique cars and motorcycles that adorn the streets of the old town. Around <strong>10:30 a.m.<\/strong> you can look forward to a spectacular horse show in the <strong>Campet de les Animes<\/strong> where dressage and vaulting will be shown. On the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/esporles.cat\/ca\/noticies\/programa-fira-dolca-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fira Dol\u00e7a<\/a><\/strong> you will find an abundance of Mallorcan delicacies - from <strong>Ensaimadas<\/strong> to <strong>Coca de Patata<\/strong>. Cooking demonstrations and workshops give you an insight into the art of local patisserie. Esporles becomes a meeting point for all those who enjoy tasting sweet delicacies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sant Joan: Botifarr\u00f3 and more<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you prefer a hearty meal, you should look for <strong>Sant Joan<\/strong> to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorca.es\/es\/-\/fiesta-del-botifarr\u00f3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Festa del Botifarr\u00f3<\/a><\/strong> drive. From <strong>7:30 pm<\/strong> the popular black pudding is prepared on the grill, accompanied by live music. From <strong>8:30 pm<\/strong> there is a dinner together to round off the day.
