The breathtaking city of Palma is transformed from October 18 to 20, 2024 into a sports center when the Palma Marathon is taking place for the 20th time. The event not only offers the opportunity to take part in one of the most beautiful coastal marathons in Europe, but also provides a whole weekend of sport and entertainment with an extensive supporting program.

The 20th TUI Palma Marathon is much more than just a race - it is an experience that combines the beauty of the island with sporting ambition. The route runs along the breathtaking coastal promenade and through the historic old town, past the majestic cathedral and through charming, shady squares. A weekend full of events
Already on Friday, October 18the sporting spectacle begins with the Breakfast Run - a relaxed start to the marathon weekend. Afterwards, participants can relax at the Start number distribution and on the Marathon-Expo from 11:00 to 19:00 to get in the mood for the event.

On Saturday, October 19there is again the possibility to Pick up start numbers and the Expo to visit. A highlight is the Pasta party from 12:00 to 14:00, where runners can fortify themselves for the big day and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

On Sunday, October 20begins at 7:00 a.m. the last distribution of starting numbers for the 9 km run. To 8:00 a.m. the starting signal for the Marathon and the Half marathonfollowed by the 9 km run to 8:45 a.m.. The Expo remains until 2:00 pm opened. The Award ceremonies for the winners of the half marathon and the 9 km run at 11:30 a.m. and the marathon winners at 12:00 p.m. celebrated.

The festive finale is the After-Race-Party to 7:00 p.m. in the Playa de Palma Megapark - the perfect place to celebrate the experience with other runners and friends.

With Mallorca's mild, sunny autumn climate and a route that shows off the most beautiful sides of Palma, the Palma Marathon 2024 will once again be an unforgettable experience - whether you want to take part or cheer on the runners as a spectator.

Friday, October 18
10:00 am: Starting signal with the popular Breakfast Run, where runners can get the marathon weekend off to a relaxed start.
11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Pick up starting numbers for all distances and visit the Marathon Expo, where numerous stands and brands present everything to do with running.

Saturday, October 19
11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Continuation of the race number distribution and the Expo.
12:00 to 14:00: Traditional pasta party, where runners can fortify themselves for the big day and socialize.

Sunday, October 20
7:00 to 8:00 a.m.: Last opportunity to pick up bib numbers for the 9 km run.
8:00 am: Start of the marathon and half marathon.
8:45 am: Start of the 9 km run.
8:00 am to 2:00 pm: The Marathon Expo is open until the official closing time of the event.
11:30 am: Award ceremony for the winners of the 9 km run and the half marathon.
12:00 pm: Award ceremony for the marathon winners.
14:00: Official closing of the event.
19:00: The day ends with an after-race party in the popular Playa de Palma megapark - a festive finale after a weekend of sport.
